Please note that you can make changes and returns under the following premises:

To make changes, you have up to 30 calendar days as long as the product is not in use and is returned to the studio in its original packaging.
Any product purchased on promotion is not eligible for a refund; it only applies for product exchange or credit for another purchase.
You can withdraw from the purchase within 5 days after receiving your product, provided that the product is intact and retains all its original packaging.
No refunds are made under any requirement since all products are of limited stock and made to order.

Changes and returns have the following times:

National in stock: 5 to 8 business days
National pre-order: 10 business days
International in stock: 10 business days
International pre-order: 15 business days
